PADI Open Water Diving Course

This course is the most accepted world-wide for certification of entry level divers to a max depth of 18 meters.

To start you need to be minimum 10 years of age and in good normal health. Scandinavian Divers Co., Ltd. in Thailand will be using the safety rules we all know from home throughout all the courses. In this way the students will go through the PADI Open Water course in a safe and enjoyable way.

Normally, our Open Water courses stretches over four days, except when you have read the manual beforehand at home! If you are properly prepared before we meet, the basic course can be done in a safe way very quickly.


All the dive equipment is free of charge during the course. Furthermore if you are going on our boat you can get food free of charge too.

COURSE DETAILS!

Day 1: Teori and pool training - You meet 9am at our Patog Shop and will be finished around 4pm

Day 2: Same as day 1

Theese two days can sometimes be done in one day, if you have read and understood the manual in advance.

Day 3: Two dives in the sea from either the beach or from our boat depending on the type of course you have chosen.
Pickup time from your hotel between 7-8am, and you will be back around 4pm.

Day 4: Same as day 3 - except today after your last dive the instructor will hand you your temporary Open Water certification card!!!

And now you are ready for the next one: Advanced Open Water, which will give you a lot of additional benefits, and you can easily do it immediately after the OWD course.
